What is my login info?
You will login to the site using your same AAPL website login information.
How do I access courses that I have already registered for?
Once you are logged in, you can access courses you have registered for and/or completed, by clicking on the Dashboard on the Sidebar Menu. You can then sort and filter your list of courses based on multiple criteria.
How do I set up my profile?
Once logged in, click Profile on the Sidebar Menu to access your personal settings. From here, you can select your interests from the list provided. Indicate your level of interest from 5 to 1 based on topics of most to least interest to you, which enables you to received customized suggestions based on your selections.
What are the AAPL Purchasing Guidelines?
By registering to attend an in-person or live webinar event you agree to the AAPL cancellation and refund guidelines:
- Live webinar cancellations: The deadline to request a refund is 3 p.m. (Central Time) the day prior to the start of the event.
- In-person event cancellations: The deadline to request a refund is 3 p.m.(Central Time) at least seven days prior to the start of the event.
