AAPL & EMLF - Joint Land Institute

Registration is open for the The American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) and the Energy & Mineral Law Foundation (EMLF) Joint Land Institute to be held November 15th at West Virginia University’s College of Law in Morgantown, WV.
This conference offers a daylong session of premium education for attorneys and land professionals and will open with a networking reception November 14th.
Our co-chairs, Sandy Fraley and Mark DeVrient, have been working with the committee to put together an educational program you'll earn CLE and AAPL credit for that you do not want to miss!
The Joint Land Institute will feature Heirships in Appalachia, Forced Pooling in West Virginia, Leasing State Lands in Ohio, Ethics, AI, Surface Use Provisions, Temporary Cessation v. Permanent Abandonment and Lithium Extraction from Frack Water.
Following the conference, on Saturday, November 16th, EMLF's Young Professional Committee will host a tailgating party at WVU. Football fans are welcome to join in as the WVU Mountaineers take on the Baylor Bears.
