Jenae Allert is an experienced energy attorney focused on facilitating oil and gas operators through Ohio's Unitization Process under O.R.C. 1509.28. She provides legal assistance and problem-solving to developers through the substantive stages of operations from lease acquisition, title opinion issuance through application preparation and representation for Division Hearings. Outside of the oil & gas space, Jenae also provides title and transactional support for solar developers to draft and negotiate lease agreements, asset purchase agreements, and title opinions related to solar development.
Melissa Martin

Melissa represents clients in the area of oil and gas law, estate planning, and probate matters, with an emphasis on oil and gas title opinions. Melissa particularly enjoys helping royalty owners and division order departments to help cure title issues and release suspense. Prior to joining The Title Law Group, Melissa served as the Manager of the Division Order department of a local Fortune 500 Energy company, with experience participating in many special projects and working across multiple assets, including operations in Oklahoma, Ohio, Texas, Wyoming, and Pennsylvania. Melissa also has experience as a corporate attorney in the Land department curing title for drilling and production across numerous assets.
Melissa is a native of Newark, Delaware, but is now proud to call Oklahoma her home state. She currently resides in Oklahoma City with her son. They love to travel, read books, and explore all that OKC has to offer.
