Synopsis: Participants will learn about the hydrogen fuel production process and the initial documents necessary to develop a hydrogen fuel facility. This webinar will include best practices for negotiating a standalone hydrogen or a green hydrogen production lease, required lease language, and considerations regarding water use.

Laura Marie Bowen is a rancher turned attorney from Winkler County, Texas. She holds a J.D. and a M.S. in Agricultural and Applied Economics, 2019, from Texas Tech University. She has been with Wetsel, Allen, & Lederle, LLP since graduation, working from Austin, Texas. Laura specializes in landowner representation, focusing on wind, solar and battery leasing. In addition to serving farmers and ranchers, Laura has co-authored several papers on renewable energy including, "The Sun Ariseth: A Guide to Drafting Solar Leases" and "Avoid Voidance: How to Draft Oil and Gas Legal Descriptions in Compliance with the Texas Statute of Frauds." Laura is a member of the Austin Bar Association.
